Newly-listed local movie producer and distributor, mm2 Asia Ltd. (“mm2 Asia” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), today announced an exclusive treat for its shareholders. The Group will be giving away up to 200 tickets to its shareholders for the preview screening of the highly anticipated “Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogmen” on 16 February, a movie that is co-produced by the Group.
This preview for mm2 Asia’s shareholders will be ahead of the movie’s premiere on the big screens on 19 February. Making the event even more special, mm2 Asia has invited the cast of the movie to the preview screening for shareholders.
The preview screening of “Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogmen” is one of many shareholder perks that mm2 Asia has lined up under its mm2 Red Carpet Club, a programme targeted exclusively at shareholders and investors of the Group.
Through the mm2 Red Carpet Club, the Group intends to roll out activities and/or events on an on-going basis such as invitations to movie galas and/or movie previews, and free tickets for selected movies produced and/or distributed by the Group.

In 2015, mm2 Asia is expected to release an exciting pipeline of movies produced and/or co-produced as well as distributed by the Group including the musical comedy ‘3688’ directed by Royston Tan, political thriller ‘1965’ spearheaded by Daniel Yun and Jack Neo’s epic SG50 film ‘Long Long Time Ago’ .

To be eligible for the tickets to the movie, investors will need to be listed as a shareholder of mm2 Asia with a minimum holding of 1,000 shares as at 5.00 PM on 30 January 2015. An invitation letter will be mailed by the Group to all shareholders on the register in early February with the full details. A pair of tickets will be given to each shareholder who responds by 11 February 2015 via email or mail on a first-come-first-served basis. Shareholders will be informed subsequently by email if they are entitled to the tickets while the collection of tickets will be on the day of the screening at the theatre.
