SembCorp Marine Ltd is a marine and offshore engineering company. It is engaged in the provision of management services and an investment holding. The company provides ship repair, shipbuilding, rig building and offshore engineering and construction. It operates in two segments: Ship and rig repair, building and conversion, and ship chartering. 
The company has a market capitalization of 9.03 Billion, EPS is 0.26, P/E ratio is 16.58 and the dividend yield is 2.55% at the annual dividend payout of 0.06 
Rickmers Maritime (SGX: B1ZU)
Rickmers Maritime is a Singapore-based company. Its principal activities are owning and operating containerships under long-term, fixed-rate time charters to container liner shipping companies through wholly owned subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2011, the trust had 16 containerships. These containerships offered range in size from 3, 450 twenty-foot equivalent units o 5,060 twenty-foot equivalent units, offering a total capacity of 66, 410 twenty-foot equivalent units. 
The company has a market capitalization of 228.78 Million, EPS is 0.05, P/E ratio is 4.98 and the dividend yield is 9.71% at the annual dividend payout of 0.01. 
SIA Engineering Company Limited (SGX: S59)
SIA Engineering Company is engaged in the provision of airframe maintenance and component overhaul services, the provision of line maintenance and technical ground handling services, fleet management programs and investment holdings. It operates in to segments: repair and overhaul and line maintenance. These services include scheduled routine maintenance and overhaul, specialized and non-routine maintenance, modification and refurbishment programs. In February 2012, it opened a line maintenance facility in San Francisco. 
The company has a market capitalization of 5.63 Billion, EPS is 0.24, P/E ratio is 20.86 and the dividend yield is 4.34% at the annual dividend payout of 0.15. 
SembCorp Industries Limited (SGX: U96)
SembCorp Industries Ltd is a Singapore-based company. It is engaged in the production and supply of utilities services, terminalling and storage of petroleum products and chemicals. The company operates in four segments: Utilities, Marine, Integrated Urban Development owns, develops, markets and manages integrated industrial parks and townships in Asia. In January 2012, it incorporated SembCorp Utilities India Private Limited. In January 2013, it increased its stake in SembCorp Utilities N.V. to 100%. 
The company has a market capitalization of 8.90 Billion, EPS is 0.42, P/E ratio is 11.90 and the dividend yield is 3.01% at the annual dividend payout of 0.15. 
Dyna-Mac Holding Ltd (SGX: NO4)
It is a Singapore-based holding company. The company is engaged in the fabrication and assembly of topside modules for floating, production, storage and offloading vessels and floating, storage and offloading vessels. The company also undertakes general engineering and fabrication services for specialized structured from semi-submersibles and sub-sea products. It operates in two segments: Module business and Ad-hoc project. 
It has a market capitalization of 376.73 Million, EPS is 0.03, P/E ratio is 12.30 and the dividend yield is 4.94% at the annual dividend payout of 0.02.

  1. If you are looking for dividend stock, you can also look at Karin Technology. It has a low PE of only 5.77x. It is trading below book value hence it gives you downside protection. Its dividend yield is 7.38%. On top of that, it has something which most dividend does not have, that is earnings growth. So investors will profit from dividend as well as capital gains. But please note that the stock is rather illiquid.
